This presentation will present documentation tools that supercharge clinical supervision.  Specific strategies like incorporating Clinical Standards for Clinical Social Workers into documentation will be discussed in the context of ethical responsibility of supervisors to ensure growth.  Participants will discuss using case presentation templates, process recordings, experiential learning techniques, and evaluation measures to enhance the effectiveness and ethical delivery of clinical supervision.
